Your mission should you accept it :
Under the supervision of the Directorof Legal Affairs, you will have the opportunity to support and advisemanagement and internal teams on various matters of a commercial andcontractual nature as well as in matters of compliance and dispute prevention.
The position is full-time and iscarried out in flexible hybrid mode depending on the city of residence(teleworking and office). Occasional travel to Canada and the United States. - Bachelor of Laws and member of a bar association in a Canadian province, being a member of a bar association in the United States is also an asset.
- 7 years or more of experience in construction and / or business law within a recognized company or law firm, particularly in terms of drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral, as well as good communication and popularization skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure in an environment where meeting deadlines, quality of work and customer satisfaction are paramount.
- Knowledge of and / or interest in the renewable energy, engineering and / or construction industry.
