Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, CRHA / CRIA title. Experience : Minimum 10 years in HR, including 5 years as a business partner. Knowledge : Office Suite, HRMIS, labor law, English / French bilingualism. Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, rigor, ethical sense, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Support managers and harmonize HR processes; Act as a change agent and influence strategic decisions; Implement HR programs (workforce planning, talent management, compensation, etc.); Develop integrated solutions that meet specific needs; Analyze trends and propose continuous improvements; Participate in staffing processes in collaboration with the talent acquisition team; Create and maintain HR performance indicators; Assist managers in integrating new employees; Serve as a resource person for employees.
