Job description

Brandt Truck & Trailers is currently seeking a Rental Coordinator for our Nisku Truck and Trailer location. This position is responsible for the invoicing and administration of equipment rentals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage with internal & external customers.
  • Process & complete rental agreements.
  • Ensure proper documentation is received before units leave the yard.
  • Invoicing weekly rentals.
  • Collecting payment for rentals.
  • Coordinate with the Service Department for service and repairs.
  • Register and discharge liens on equipment through APPRES.
  • Notify yard personnel when equipment is departing.
  • Obtain registration and licensing for equipment.
  • Maintain Deferred rental spread sheet.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient use of Great Plains would be an asset.
  • Previous accounting experience is considered an asset
  • Educational Requirements
    • High School Graduate
    • Post-Secondary Education considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually with minimal supervision
  • Goal orientated and driven to exceed targets
  • Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technology and programs
