Psychotherapist / Mental Health Counsellor (on‑call / casual)

We’re growing our therapist team at Insight Counselling & Skill Building Collective (PATH Employment Services) — and we’d love to meet clinicians who want to make a concrete difference in people’s lives and livelihoods.

Format : Hybrid — virtual + in‑person

Locations : Niagara Falls, St. Catharine’s, Simcoe, Hamilton

Who you’ll support : Clients who are preparing for work, starting a job, or trying to keep employment while navigating mental‑health challenges. This is short‑term, focused counselling that connects mental health with real‑world goals.

You’re a strong match if you have :

✅ 2+ years of clinical experience

✅ Skills in CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed care, etc.

Huge plus right now : clinicians who speak Persian, Kurdish, and / or French.
