Job descriptionReceive, store, and distribute materials, supplies, and products efficiently. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training available if required). Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning devices and ensure proper labeling and organization. Assist with shipping, receiving, restocking, and overall warehouse organization. Ensure all materials handling and delivery processes comply with safety standards and regulations. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy. Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative to implement them. Collaborate with warehouse managers, supervisors, and other departments to support operational goals. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 –5 years’ experience in logistics, delivery, warehouse, or materials handling roles. Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class 3 considered an asset). Forklift certification preferred; refresher training available. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Criminal background check required. Combination of warehouse work and driving in various weather conditions. Physical activity including lifting, bending, loading / unloading. Full-time, seasonal role with consistent weekly hours. Competitive wage of $23–$26 / hour. Company vehicle provided for work duties. Health and dental benefits package. Paid training in warehouse procedures, inventory scanning, and operational processes. Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Materials Handler / Field Runner to join our operations team. This full-time role combines warehouse and logistics responsibilities with on-the-road support, ensuring our field crews have the tools, materials, and supplies they need to operate efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of inventory and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Field & Delivery Support :
- Drive a company vehicle to deliver tools, materials, and supplies to multiple field locations.
- Maintain punctual delivery schedules and adapt to changing drop-off points.
- Communicate regularly with operations and field teams to anticipate and fulfill needs.
