Our civil in Trail, BC is growing! We are looking to add Intermediate Structural engineer to help with our projects in the Energy, Industrial, and Mining sectors. We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and entrepreneurial professional with team spirit. As an Intermediate Structural Engineer in our Trail, BC office, you will contribute to the execution of projects both at the office and on site. You’ll also have opportunities to work closely with colleagues from other offices across Canada, the US, and South America.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyse structural systems for industrial and mining facilities and hydroelectric plants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate structural integrity and recommend necessary retrofits
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff
• Participate in business development
• Assess client satisfaction and maintain close, harmonious relations with the client or their representatives
