We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support for executive and business jet seating. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to resolve both mechanical and aesthetic issues on premium aircraft interiors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide field service technical assistance for executive and business jet seating systems on-site
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments and repairs to aircraft seating mechanisms
• Diagnose and correct aesthetic issues involving soft goods, including foam and fabric adjustments
• Inspect seating installations to ensure compliance with quality, fit, finish, and customer expectations
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
• Interface professionally with customers, production teams, and quality representatives
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and standards are met
