We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Photocopier Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing photocopiers and related office equipment.
The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and configure photocopiers and multifunctional devices.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with photocopiers, printers, and related equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a photocopier technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of photocopier and office equipment operations.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual, English, French
