POSITION SUMMARY :
The Manager of Field Force Effectiveness drives best-in-class sales execution for the Canadian
market. The individual will partner with sales directors to develop and refine sales effectiveness
strategies and then ensures that these objectives are translated into tactics which are successfully
implemented by all field force colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
SFE) strategy, putting it in place with first line managers throughout the sales force
solutions that enable improvements in sales force effectiveness
