Responsabilités:

• Gestion des coûts de main-d'œuvre grâce à une planification efficace et une gestion des étages

• Contrôler les coûts des aliments et du papier à l'aide des guides de commande

• S'assurer que les lancements de produits et les promotions sont exécutés avec perfection

• Résoudre les problèmes des invités, ainsi que travailler avec votre équipe pour minimiser les problèmes

• Participer au processus de recrutement

• Former les nouveaux membres de l'équipe

• Suivi des inventaires hebdomadaires et mensuels

• Préparer et fournir aux membres de l'équipe du restaurant des évaluations de performance

• Former, rappeler et encourager les membres de l'équipe à suivre toutes les politiques et programmes de santé et de sécurité que nous avons mis en place

• Entraîner et discipliner les membres de l'équipe au besoin

• Soyez un leader et donnez toujours l'exemple en suivant toutes les politiques et procédures de Tim Hortons

Exigences physiques:

As a General Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model who motivates Team Members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. You build positive relationships with your team members and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.


As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training Team Members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry, you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.


Your 3+ years of quick-service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching Team Members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.


Responsibilities:

· Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management

· Controlling food & paper costs using order guides

· Ensuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection

· Resolving Guest issues, as well as working with your team to minimize issues

· Participate in the recruitment process

· Training new Team Members

· Monitor weekly and monthly inventories

· Prepare and provide restaurant Team Members with performance reviews

· Train, remind and encourage Team Members to follow all Health & Safety policies and program we have in place

· Coach & discipline Team Members as needed

· Be a leader and always lead by example by following all Tim Hortons policies and procedures

· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

· Balance cash and complete balance sheets

· Complete cash reports and related forms

· Foster a positive work environment through leadership and example

Physical Demands:
