Responsibilities

Assister l’équipe des ventes dans la préparation des

propositions, soumissions et présentations.

Collaborer à la création de matériel marketing (brochures,

études de cas, photos / vidéos).

Gérer le processus de soumission, en assurant la

communication entre ventes, estimation et ingénierie.

Standardiser et gérer les modèles de soumissions pour assurer

la conformité aux normes.

Recueillir des données, créer des rapports et contribuer à

l’identification de nouvelles opportunités de marché.

Soutenir les vendeurs sur le terrain avec les outils nécessaires

et assurer le suivi des propositions.

Qualifications

Excellentes compétences en présentation, communication et

organisation.

Solides aptitudes en gestion du temps et attention aux détails.

Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.

Intérêt marqué pour la vente et des perspectives ambitieuses.

connaissances mécaniques et expérience en équipement

lourd, un atout.

Expérience en coordination des ventes et gestion d'inventaire,

souhaitée.
