We are also beginning to explore how emerging AI capabilities can support both our products and how we build software. This includes identifying practical opportunities to improve development workflows, testing, and delivery. We are early in this journey and are looking for leaders who bring curiosity and a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to adopting new technologies.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve developer productivity, engineering workflows, and product capabilities
Remove blockers and create an environment where engineers can do their best work
Balance delivery, technical debt, bugs, and innovation within sprint cycles
What You Bring
Experience leading and developing software engineering teams
Strong technical foundation with the ability to contribute to architecture and design discussions
Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-based products at scale
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices
Experience improving engineering processes and developer experience
Curiosity and practical awareness of emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools and automation
Interest in exploring how AI can be applied to improve engineering workflows and product outcomes (prior AI product experience would be a plus)
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Why Join Us
