Join our team as a Leasing Agent and play a key role in bringing Skyline communities to life!

In this role, you’ll guide prospective residents from their first inquiry all the way to move‑in day, delivering a seamless, personalized experience along the way.

Using innovative AI leasing technology and your natural sales talent, you’ll turn interest into action and help future residents find a place they’re proud to call home.

Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact - engaging with prospects via phone, email, and AI tools.

Turn leads into leases by understanding needs and matching residents with the perfect home.

Host engaging, high‑energy property tours that showcase what makes our communities stand out.

Keep the momentum going with timely follow-ups that convert interest into signed leases.

Guide applicants through every step—from application to lease signing, making it smooth and stress‑free.

Coordinate move‑ins and ensure new residents feel welcomed from day one.

Stay on top of your game by tracking performance metrics and hitting leasing targets.

Keep your workspace (and model suites) stylish, organized, and tour‑ready at all times.

Ensure everything you do meets legal and company standards—because trust matters.

Collaborate with your team and bring forward ideas to continuously improve the leasing experience.

Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who is: A people‑person with exceptional customer service skills.

A confident communicator—both written and verbal.

A natural problem‑solver who can think on their feet.

Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Comfortable working independently while also being a team player.

Tech‑savvy, with experience using CRM systems, AI tools, and Microsoft Office.

Driven to meet (and beat!) goals and targets.

Knowledgeable (or willing to learn!) about the Residential Tenancies Act and Human Rights Code.

Education & Experience: Previous experience in sales or leasing is required.

Familiarity with rental applications, lease agreements, and processes is an asset.
