Job description

Sales Consultant: Residential and Commercial (Warm Leads + Local Networking)

Are you a people person who thrives on making connections and closing deals? At WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, we change the painting game with quality, speed and a customer experience that blows expectations out of the water.

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners who have already reached out to us for service. You’ll play a key part in growing our presence in the local community. Some days you’ll be conducting in-home estimates and booking projects; other days you’ll be networking, building referral partnerships, and introducing WOW 1 DAY PAINTING to new residential and commercial customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct site visits with interested homeowners and businesses and prepare accurate estimates
  • Present the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING and book projects into our schedule
  • Prospect and network with potential customers, property managers, and local businesses to expand our footprint
  • Represent WOW with professionalism, energy, and a solutions-focused approach

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales experience (home improvement, construction, renovation, or service industries a plus)
  • Confidence in meeting sales goals and exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable balancing warm leads with outreach and networking
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record (vehicle provided)

What You’ll Get
