Job Description

A local Company in Point Edward are seeking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional customer support and managing various clerical tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and proficiency in office software including spreadsheets and word processing.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries using phone system effectively.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Utilize Office 365 for document creation, spreadsheets and correspondence.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations.
  • Proficient typing and computer skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong familiarity with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
