What You'll Do

This isn’t your typical job. You’ll be part of a team that keeps workplaces running smoothly every day. Whether you’re delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing facilities, or supporting daily operations, your work makes a real impact. You’ll help create safe, comfortable, and inspiring environments where employees can thrive.

As a Night Cook you will:

  • Need to work unsupervised and alone
  • Cooking and serving customers Foods like burgers, poutine etc.
  • Prepare and cook food following recipes and quality standards and serve customers as needed.
  • Make sandwiches and filling and bake
  • Assist with ingredient prep for smooth and efficient meal service
  • Follow food safety guidelines and best practices in handling
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-maintained
  • Work closely with the team to ensure quick, efficient meal delivery
  • Adhere to food industry regulations and standards
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.)
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
  • Help manage inventory and rotate stock as needed
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to deliver a top-tier dining experience


Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of fast-paced line cook experience would be an asset.
  • Willing to work only nights
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods)
  • Commitment to safety, respect, and inclusion
