  • Hands-on experience in paper mills (production, maintenance, reliability, process, or technical sales)
  • Strong knowledge of paper machine clothing, press sections, rolls, or machine optimization
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all mill levels
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, databases / CRM)
  • Ability to travel within the assigned Ontario / Eastern Canada territory

Preferred

  • Experience with paper machine clothing, rolls, or press optimization
  • Background in technical sales, applications engineering, or field service
  • Familiarity with paper machine audits and shutdown support

Why Join ANDRITZ Fabrics & Rolls

  • Work with a globally recognized leader in paper machine performance
  • Combine technical expertise with customer impact
  • Long-term customer relationships and stable territory
  • Competitive compensation and expense support
  • Strong technical, sales, and service team collaboration
