Strong expertise in CSS / SASS, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles. Experience with frontend performance optimization and monitoring. Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns. Ability to anticipate business impact and technical risks. Proven ability to influence technical decisions and drive change, with experience in a leadership or influential role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with engineers at all levels. Commitment to writing high-quality code and continuously improving projects. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, testing methodologies, and agile development processes. Passion for software development with a track record of continuous learning and growth.
