IS THIS YOU??!! We're looking to add to our team LONG TERM (3-5+ years) and looking for that special super star! If you are a student who is looking for summer hours or a short term position until school is done, I’m sorry but we’re looking for someone who will stay.

Are you a quick learner who can stay focused on priorities without losing tasks that are lower priority (it can get pretty busy when we're in the zone with patients).
This is not a punch in and punch out, go through the motions, 9-5 job. We are not your typical, sterile, white lab coat, health care facility. We're about empowering people to take control of their health and their lives.
You would be responsible for :
- Managing phone calls and patient appointments
- Scheduling
- Emails
- Patient greetings and management (this is where warmth and connection comes in)
- Billings, invoicing and payments from patients as well as third party payers
- Data entry
- Office tidying and more!
This may sound easy but takes skill, a sharp memory and TRUE organizational skills. We're looking for 35 hours of help per week with starting base salary as indicated and bonus pay opportunities.
Hours we'd need you :

We'll expect that you are checking your emails daily. If we ask to speak with you we look for rapid responses.
If we decide to offer an interview, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire when you arrive for your interview.
Specialized training to learn how to be a team member in our office will be provided. Computer skills are a must including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary : $18.00-$21.00 per hour depending on what you bring to the table. Additionally we offer bonus pay based on parameters we create.
Being able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work is a must
English fluently spoken and written is required
