Are you an experienced customer service professional? Do you have strong communication skills and ability to handle tasks in a professional manner?
If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Service representative for a leading Canadian telecommunications firm. In this role you will work full time hours on a 6 month contract, and earn $27.43 Hr.

Responsibilities
Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.
Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up.
Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area.
Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
Use call tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner
