Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work systematically and methodically. Ability to read drawings. Experience with inventory management software. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Teamwork skills. Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and basic English skills for communication with colleagues and international partners. Recognition programs. Flexible working hours (if applicable). On-site employee gym. Close proximity to public transportation. Provision of safety equipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate the forklift in the warehouse for picking orders for production.
- Respond to requests from warehouse workers to lower pallets.
- Assist the Team Leader and Supervisor with material management tasks.
- Load and unload trailers safely.
- Handle goods and ensure data accuracy in the computer system.
- Ensure safety during forklift operation and maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
- Move goods using manual and electric pallet trucks.
- Wrap pallets with plastic wrap.
- Arrange pallets (wood and / or plastic) and boxes.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Picking and placing items as required.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
