The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to join one of our delivery teams and contribute to the design, development, and evolution of modern mobile applications. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in React Native and TypeScript to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performing mobile solutions while collaborating closely with product, design, and architecture teams in an Agile environment.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to defining the vision, roadmap, and technical direction of mobile products and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile application features using modern development practices.
• Write well-structured, readable, and maintainable code while promoting Clean Code, SOLID, and TDD/BDD principles.
• Evaluate technical options and clearly communicate architectural and implementation trade-offs.
• Partner with designers and architects to improve application performance, availability, security, and scalability.
• Participate actively in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities across the team.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Contribute to ongoing testing automation initiatives and quality assurance practices.
• Work closely with UX and product design teams to deliver impactful user experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Participate in troubleshooting production issues and resolving ongoing incidents.
• Ensure documentation and development practices remain current and accessible.
• Effectively manage priorities and balance multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications with React Native and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to work effectively within Agile delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Professional proficiency in French.

Core Skills Required

• Strong experience with React Native and React.
• French/English
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES2015+).
• Experience with Redux and React Native UI development.
• Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs within mobile applications.
• Mobile application development experience across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Knowledge of debugging, profiling, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience using code quality and linting tools, including ESLint.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, App Center, and npm.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.

• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes afin de comprendre les besoins d’affaires et de définir les exigences techniques.
• Concevoir, développer, tester et maintenir des fonctionnalités mobiles de haute qualité.
• Produire un code clair, robuste et maintenable en appliquant les principes Clean Code, SOLID et TDD/BDD.
• Analyser et communiquer les compromis techniques liés aux décisions d’architecture et d’implantation.
• Collaborer avec les designers et architectes pour améliorer la performance, la disponibilité, la sécurité et l’évolutivité des applications.
• Participer activement aux revues de code et aux activités de partage des connaissances.
• Concevoir, exécuter et maintenir des tests unitaires, d’intégration, fonctionnels et End-to-End.
• Contribuer activement à l’automatisation des tests et aux initiatives d’assurance qualité.
• Travailler étroitement avec les équipes UX et produit afin de créer des expériences utilisateurs à forte valeur ajoutée.
• Collaborer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et remettre en question les idées de manière constructive.
• Participer à la résolution d’incidents et au soutien des applications en production.
• Maintenir à jour la documentation et les bonnes pratiques de développement.
• Gérer efficacement les priorités dans un contexte dynamique et en constante évolution.

Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe

• Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie logiciel ou expérience équivalente.
• Anglais/Français
• Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel.
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pratique en développement React Native avec TypeScript.
• Expérience démontrée au sein d’équipes Agile.
• Excellentes aptitudes analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
• Solides compétences en communication et en collaboration.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité.
• Maîtrise professionnelle du français.

Compétences clés requises

• Excellente maîtrise de React Native et React.
• Maîtrise avancée de TypeScript et JavaScript moderne (ES2015+).
