Position Description :

In this role youll design and implement advanced network solutions that power both internal operations and client environments. Your work will cover everything from traditional LAN / WAN setups to cutting-edge cloud and security architectures ensuring seamless connectivity across Canadian and global data centers. Your future duties and responsibilities :

Architect Advanced Network Solutions : Design and implement enterprisegrade routing architectures SDWAN and SASE frameworks to enable secure optimized connectivity.

Cloud Integration : Develop hybrid and multicloud networking strategies ensuring seamless connectivity across public and private cloud platforms.

Automation & Orchestration : Implement network automation tools and frameworks to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Security Architecture : Define and enforce security best practices across network designs including firewalls VPNs and zerotrust principles.

Solution Architecture : Create comprehensive architecture diagrams technical documentation and migration roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Performance Optimization : Benchmark and tune network fabrics for low latency high throughput and scalability.

Collaboration : Work closely with crossfunctional teams technology partners and clients to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

Client Focused : Translate client requirements into highlevel architectural solutions delivering clear tailored proposals and presentations that build trust and drive engagement.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Bilingualism ( French / English)

Strong expertise in routing technologies (BGP OSPF MPLS)

Experience with data center technologies (ACI)

Familiarity with RFP processes and solution costing

Knowledge of Zscaler technologies

Exposure to AI Ops initiatives

Handson experience with SDWAN and SASE solutions

Deep understanding of cloud networking (AWS Azure GCP) and hybrid architectures

Proficiency in network automation (Python Ansible Terraform)

Solid knowledge of security frameworks and enterprise security best practices

Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders

Education : University degree in relevant field and or equivalent experience

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90000$140000. This role is an existing vacancy
