Job Description : We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team. The successful candidate will actively participate in production planning, coordination, and methods follow-up, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and TNM’s internal standards. General Responsibilities : Participate in required meetings and contribute to a positive team environment Promote unity and morale within the team Complete clear and legible documentation Understand and comply with all safety requirements Follow TNM’s Employee Handbook and Plant Rules Effectively use TNM’s ERP system Maintain a clean and organized work area Specific Responsibilities : Perform contract reviews Prepare technical drawings Develop and maintain Travel Cards according to customer and TNM requirements Handle customer information requests Maintain master part files Serve as the interface between the customer and the shop for assigned methods issues Track due dates in the ERP system and adjust schedules as needed Communicate capacity levels to programs and level-load production Inform the General Manager of any ERP system inconsistencies Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure ERP system effectiveness Reconcile ERP data with customer information and resolve discrepancies Audit shop floor resources to ensure ERP accuracy Communicate resource inconsistencies with the shop floor manager Assemble customer-supplied information into a “Job Packet” Requirements : Practical knowledge of ERP systems (preference for [specific software if applicable]) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive work environment Initiative and attention to detail Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) We Offer : A dynamic and stimulating work environment Opportunities for professional development Competitive salary and benefits
