What You'll Do

• Take the lead on preparing tenders and estimates for complex fire sprinkler projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to develop accurate and competitive bids.
• Build strong relationships with general contractors, consultants, and partners in the field.
• Collaborate closely with internal design, procurement, and site teams to keep projects on track.
• Oversee multiple projects from estimating to completion — managing budgets, timelines, and scope changes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies to ensure every project is state-of-the-art.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance with NFPA standards and local building codes.
