As a Fashion Associate you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You are passionate about fashion customer service and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brands image and making customers feel comfortable cared for and confident. You bring energy style expertise and a customer-first mindset to everything you dofrom the fitting room to the cash register.
Day In The Life
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately handling customer transactions with professionalism and care
- Utilize product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales during checkout
- Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by adhering to brand merchandising and presentation standards
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily execution
