Position Overview
Are you reliable, safety-focused, and ready to join a world-class organization? We are enthusiastic and hardworking individuals for entry-level General Worker positions in our manufacturing facility in Saskatoon. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career with a global leader, contribute to a supportive team environment, and learn new skills in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform repetitive and dexterous hand movements throughout the shift.
  • Rotate between standing and sitting tasks.
  • Stack bags on racks and put bags into boxes.
  • Follow and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSEAs).
  • Accurately manage all necessary shift paperwork.
  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems and troubleshoot in a variety of situations.
  • Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and managers, particularly regarding safety, quality, and performance.
  • Work in a manufacturing environment, including climbing steps/ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping at all times and continuously improve cleanliness and production statistics.
  • Be available to work overtime, shift work, holidays, and weekends as needed.
  • Complete other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Strong safety awareness is required—must fit a safety-first culture.
  • Willingness to learn and quickly demonstrate new skills.
  • Reliable attendance is essential; poor attendance or lack of safety culture fit will result in dismissal.
  • Ability and willingness to perform repetitive physical work daily (bending, leg lifting, stacking).
  • Must be mobile and able to work on your feet—entry-level physical labor.
  • Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license (public transportation is unreliable).
  • Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and write effectively in English.
  • Must be able to wear a mask during required tasks. Preferred Skills

  • Mechanically inclined and ability to troubleshoot
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Will be responsible for processing parts through the manufacturing line utilizing multi-skilling abilities in a 24-7 environment, 12-hour shift environment
  • The selected candidate must be able to work all shift hours, including night shift
  • The operator will be expected to perform multiple tasks throughout the line and must be fully aware of export control requirements and adhere to expectations.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
  • Use of PPE required on the production floor.
  • Physical activities include standing, walking, climbing, lifting, pushing/pulling, crouching, and grasping.
