Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Administrator II to join their team. As a Facility Administrator II, you will support the operational and financial management of a diverse real estate portfolio across North America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a strong problem-solving mindset, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.
Job Description
- Support the operational management of real estate facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist with lease administration, including maintaining accurate records and monitoring key lease dates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate property-related processes.
- Manage financial transactions such as rent payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and assist with documentation and audit processes.
