The successful candidate will process an in-depth understanding of the Sales and recruitment process with a focus on sales. The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting new client relationships in addition to meeting new contacts in existing customer accounts. If you are skilled at building and sustaining relationships with existing and prospective clients while managing assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis to bring in direct hire and contract opportunities apply!What You’ll Do : The Finance Account Executive is a brand ambassador for 10 Percent Recruiting and its clients, representing the company at networking and candidate events. We are looking for a people-person who possesses a blend of soft skills and finance knowledge with the ability to negotiate and have sufficient technical knowledge to build relationships with clients and candidates. Demonstrated ability to work as a high-performer in a 360 desk, working in an agency setting in a high-growth and fast-paced environment; typically gained through 3+ years of Finance professional experience is a must.Mandatories (must have to qualify) : Full understanding of the recruitment process and hiring practices (sourcing, screening, assessment, onboarding)3 years+ experience in sourcing qualified finance and accounting candidates as an agency recruiter, marketing top candidates, and building a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Media, Job Boards), networking, referrals etc.Proficiency with ATS software and Microsoft OfficeMinimum 3+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance position.Strong full-cycle finance / Accounting / Audit recruitment experience.Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and managers at the technical and business level.Strong leadership, organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.Multi-tasking ability to source candidates for different jobs or different clients.Sense of urgency is a must.Proven track record of developing candidate relationships and managing candidate expectations.Be analytical and process oriented, with an ability to drive decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through.Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and / or external resources.Possess strong attention to detail and quality while maintaining a high level of productivity, managing deadlines and multiple conflicting priorities.Be able to work effectively in a complex environment at a fast pace with an unpredictable work schedule.Possess the ability to drive the offer process – including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates.Provide excellent support to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a world class candidate experience.Be able to maintain a digital presence and find creative ways to build your network.University degree or related diplomas are assets.WE APPRECIATE YOUR INTEREST IN 10 PERCENT RECRUITING LTD.We invite you to become one of our satisfied candidates! 10 Percent Recruiting Ltd. believes in transparency with our candidates and our employers; we understand that open communication and collaboration are fundamental to our success.
