As Senior Account Executive , your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across our Cartons & Labels, Packaging Services, and Pharmacy & Medication Adherence divisions. You’ll act as the primary communication link between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment.
More about your responsibilities :
- Client Growth & Strategy : Identify and drive integrated business opportunities across all divisions, maintaining a robust pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Solution Selling : Leverage product knowledge to proactively offer packaging solutions, coordinate orders, and support forecasting.
- Client Engagement : Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews and implement client-focused value-added tools.
- Proposal & Estimating : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and deliver exceptional service.
- Communication & Coordination : Ensure effective communication with internal teams and support graphic and inventory needs.
- Account Planning : Participate in account planning sessions and follow through on assigned action plans.
- Issue Resolution : Assist with customer complaints and corrective actions, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Development : Conduct market research and lead generation to pursue profitable new business in the printed packaging space.
