Job description
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for administration and a solid understanding of accounting principles? Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team! This role can be based out of either the North Bay or Haileybury, Ontario facility.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the operations and commercial divisions, ensuring smooth administrative processes and accurate financial tracking.

- $24.62/hour
- Provide effective administrative assistance to operations and commercial teams.
- Perform data entry and analysis of daily field reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and finalize accounts receivable invoices.
- Oracle experience and experience with CorePlan or Dayforce would be an asset.

Responsibilities
- Provide effective administrative assistance to operations and commercial teams.

- Review contract terms thoroughly before project initiation.
- Handle purchase order invoicing and tracking.

Qualifications
- Oracle experience and experience with CorePlan or Dayforce would be an asset.
- Contract administration, timekeeping, invoicing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), telephone, email, and general IT application skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- A solid background and understanding of accounting principles and spreadsheets.
