Location : Various locations across Saskatchewan

The Event Planner / Coordinator is responsible for organizing and executing events that promote the organization s mission engage stakeholders and generate funding. This role involves managing event logistics budgets and marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate events such as fundraisers workshops and community programs.
• Develop event budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Identify and book venues vendors and other resources.
• Promote events through marketing campaigns and social media.
• Oversee event registration attendance and feedback collection.
• Coordinate eventday operations including setup and breakdown.
• Maintain records of events and prepare reports on their success.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in event planning software and tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
