Job Description :
We are looking for friendly, professional Call Centre Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls. You will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring excellent service on every call.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs or conduct surveys.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role.
Familiarity with CRM systems or call center software.
Work Schedule :
Flexible scheduling; may include evenings, weekends, or holidays based on customer demand.
Compensation :
Hourly wage or performance-based pay, depending on assignment. Specific pay rates will be discussed during the hiring process.
