Responsibilities include :

• Delivering exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Identifying customer needs and providing advice on financial solutions.
• Supporting operational activities such as transactions, customer requests, and branch tasks.
• Promoting digital and self-serve banking options.
• Engaging in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities.
• Contributing to branch business results and customer experience.
• Managing cash transactions and executing routine tasks within service level agreements.
• Collaborating within the team and supporting risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include :

Salary range : $33,850.00 - $43,500.00 (salaried, with potential bonuses and benefits).
