Job description

Multi-Skilled Technician (Joiner/Carpenter) - Temp to Perm opportunityOur client is recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to a large Social Housing Association, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties across Cornwall. As the primary trade specialist, you'll deliver high-quality joinery repairs while utilising a range of secondary trade skills to maximise first-time fixes and provide an excellent customer experience.The Role Carry out joinery repairs, maintenance and installations
plete multi-trade work to achieve first-time fix targets
Deliver outstanding customer service in residents' homes
Maintain accurate job records using handheld technology
Manage van stock, tools and equipment effectively
Work safely andply with all Health & Safety procedures
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota (£525 per week when on-call)What you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds in Joinery or equivalent
Strong joinery background with additional multi-trade skills
Experience working in repairs, maintenance or social housing
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Own power tools
Basic DBS requiredWhat you'll get in return Immediate start available Work Van provided

14-week contract with potential permanent opportunity for the right person
