Job descriptionPerform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnostic procedures. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide a wide range of dental treatments including restorative preventative and aesthetic services. Educate patients on oral health hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans. Stay updated with current dental practices and advancements in dental technology. Participate in continuing education programs to enhance professional skills. Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution. Valid dental license to practice in British Columbia. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and adherence to ethical guidelines. Experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with current dental technologies and treatments. Experience in managing a diverse patient base and adapting to their needs. Annual salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Competitive compensation package in Canadian Dollars $350000 to $450000 per year Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
