Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnostic procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide a wide range of dental treatments including restorative preventative and aesthetic services.
  • Educate patients on oral health hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
  • Stay updated with current dental practices and advancements in dental technology.
  • Participate in continuing education programs to enhance professional skills.
  • Essential Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid dental license to practice in British Columbia.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and adherence to ethical guidelines.
  • Desired Experience :

  • Experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with current dental technologies and treatments.
  • Experience in managing a diverse patient base and adapting to their needs.
  • Salary & Benefits :

  • Annual salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
