Avon Search is delighted to be recruiting for a Domestic / Kitchen Assistant on behalf of a highly regarded, family-run residential care home located in the picturesque village of Cawston, just 11 miles from Norwich.
This award-winning care home provides high-quality residential care within a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where residents are encouraged to maintain their independence while receiving compassionate, person-centred care. With 36 en-suite bedrooms, the home offers a comfortable setting where residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms, creating a true home-from-home atmosphere.
The experienced and dedicated care team supports residents with a range of care needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, mental health conditions and old age, delivering tailored care plans that promote dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
Designed entirely on one level, the home enables residents to move around safely and independently. Bright communal lounges, attractive gardens and welcoming visiting areas provide plenty of opportunities for relaxation, social interaction and quality time with family and friends.
