Adecco is currently hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a full-time opportunity with a leading manufacturing organization in Markham, ON. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who are eager to develop their skills in CNC machining, blueprint reading, quality inspection, and precision manufacturing.
This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience operating CNC milling and lathe equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to achieving production targets while maintaining safety and accuracy.
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour + $5 night premium
Location: Markham, ON

Responsibilities:
Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and other production equipment.
Operate saw equipment and support production activities.
Read and interpret blueprints and routing sheets.
Maintain production rates while meeting quality standards.
Inspect parts using measuring and inspection equipment.
Verify product accuracy before shipment.
Complete production, quality, SPC, and timesheet documentation.
Report production issues or discrepancies to Lead Hands or Setters.
Deburr parts as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge of measuring and inspection equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Basic computer skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
CNC training or machining education is considered an asset.
Experience operating CNC machines, manual machines, or manufacturing equipment is considered an asset.
1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience is considered an asset.
Must be available to work the Continental Night Shift.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
