About the Role

Common Good is looking for confident, driven individuals to join our Calgary team as full-time Sales Associates. This is more than just a sales role—it's an opportunity to represent some of Canada’s most impactful nonprofit organizations and help create real, lasting change in communities.

As a Sales Associate, you will lead direct residential campaigns, connect with people face-to-face, and inspire them to support causes that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Engage residents through door-to-door outreach.
Clearly communicate campaign goals and secure donor support.
Build positive relationships with donors and community members.
Meet and exceed daily performance targets.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and a results-focused mindset.

Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM).

Legally eligible to work in Canada with a clean criminal record.

What We Offer

Daily base pay of $50 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
