• Gérer la réception : confirmer les réservations, louer des unités d’entreposage, présenter les contrats de location et traiter les paiements de location • Effectuer des inspections quotidiennes pour s’assurer que les unités sont propres, sécurisées et prêtes à louer • Maintenir l’apparence de l’installation en procédant au nettoyage quotidien • Effectuer des déplacements entre les succursales voisines au besoin (véhicule fiable requis)Exigences
• Permis de conduire valide (obligatoire) • Bilinguisme : maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (obligatoire) • Expérience en service à la clientèle ou en commerce de détail : 2 à 3 ans (atout) • Connaissance de Microsoft Office : 1 an (atout) • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et oraleHoraire
