Responsibilities
- Valider les commandes clients et confirmer les bons de
commande
- Assurer un suivi auprès des clients par courriel et téléphone
- Maintenir la documentation à jour
- Offrir un service à la clientèle en entretenant des liens avec
les clients
- Effectuer le décompte des inventaires selon les procédures
internes
- Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes

Qualifications
- Posséder un DEP ou un DEC en bureautique / secrétariat
- Autres formations ou expériences pertinentes seront prises
en compte
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
- Avoir de l’entregent, de l’initiative et le désir de relever des
défis
- Très bon sens de l'organisation
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et gérer les
priorités
- Souplesse, autonomie, souci du détail et attitude positive
- Minimum de deux ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
