Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant supports the Segue team with tasks such as applicant tracking, data entry, answering calls and emails and other various administrative tasks. This individual will manage office workflow ensuring that deadlines are met, and reports are completed correctly within all Segue programs. This may include monitoring programs, generating memos, emails and reports, as directed by the Program Director. The incumbent may be required to assist in the orientation and training of new hires.
