L’analyste coût et cédule sera responsable de supporter l’équipe des programmes gouvernementaux canadiens en consolidant les coûts de développement de personnalisation d’un point de vue ingénierie, approvisionnement et manufacturier afin de répondre aux diverses demandes d’estimés.

Job Summary (English)

The Cost and Schedule Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Canadian government programs team by consolidating customization development costs from an engineering, procurement and manufacturing perspective in order to meet the various requests for estimates.

Responsibilities

Maintenir l’exactitude et l’intégrité de l’échéancier de projet (Primavera P6).
Participer à la préparation en équipe des revues de performance (échéancier et coût) mensuelles et hebdomadaires, en utilisant le système de gestion de valeur acquise (Earn Value Management).
Faire le suivi périodique des dépenses (heures, matériels, etc.) pour en assurer une bonne visibilité au niveau du projet.
Analyser les chemins critiques, interpréter et faciliter le suivi pour trouver des solutions alternatives avec l’équipe de gestion de projet.
Assurer le suivi et la vérification des budgets avec l’agent de contrôle de projet.
Fournir des analyses de coûts et des prévisions pour les projets en cours.
Faciliter les réunions pour examiner les besoins en personnel par rapport à la capacité de l'équipe.
Assurer les bonnes pratiques, la standardisation et l’amélioration du système de gestion de projet.

Qualifications (French)

Détenir un diplôme collégial en administration ou connexe.

Posséder plus de trois (3) années d’expérience pertinente en analyse et gestion de projets et en gestion de la valeur acquise (Earn Value Management), ou équivalent en expérience.

Autonomie et capacité d’analyser plusieurs rapports de données.

Forte connaissance du logiciel de gestion de projet : Primavera ou Microsoft projects et Excel.

Connaissances du système de gestion de la valeur acquise (Earn Value Management).

Forte connaissance du français et de l’anglais.

Qualifications (English)

Hold a college diploma in administration or related field.

Have three (3) years of relevant experience in project analysis and management and Earned Value Management, or equivalent experience.

Autonomy and ability to analyze multiple data reports.

Strong knowledge of project management software : Primavera or Microsoft projects and Excel.

Knowledge of SAP software.

Strong knowledge of French and English.

Assets

Knowledge of Earned Value Management system.

Knowledge of Primavera P6 tool.

Knowledge of PowerBI reports.
