  • Support the semi-annual P&C rate indications across regions and industry segments, generate actionable insights, and present findings to senior business leaders to support decision-making and guide pricing strategy.

  • Support the development of pricing proposals that ensure rate adequacy and alignment with strategic business objectives, and collaborate with underwriting to refine risk segmentation and support profitable growth.

  • Deliver rate, value and loss ratio projections to support the annual business planning process.

  • Support pricing reviews for various coverages and segments.

  • Maintain and enhance SAS procedures. Identify and resolve data issues

  • Support technical development of pricing tools.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • 1+ years of P&C actuarial experience preferred (including internships).

  • Completion of 2 or more SOA/CAS exams.

  • Problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Effectively communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

What makes you stand out:

  • Proficiency in programming; experience in SAS, and VBA.

What you’ll get:

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.

  • Compelling rewards package including base compensation, eligibility for annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities.

  • Hybrid flexible work model.

  • Outstanding career development opportunities.

  • We’ll support your professional development education.

  • Competitive vacation package with the option to purchase 5 extra days off per year.

  • Employee-driven programs focused on gender, LGBTQ+, origins, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Corporate wellness programs to support our employees’ physical and mental health.
