Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a team in Toronto, Ontario. This contract position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in donor relations. The role involves working with donor databases and requires excellent communication abilities.Responsibilities:- Accurately input donor information into the Tessitura system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.- Maintain and update donor records to support fundraising and donor relation initiatives.- Communicate with individual donors via email or phone to confirm and clarify information as needed.- Generate reports and organize data using Microsoft Excel to facilitate analysis and decision-making.- Collaborate with the donor relations team to support ongoing campaigns and events.- Handle customer service inquiries related to donor contributions with professionalism and efficiency.- Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Assist in preparing donor correspondence, including thank-you letters and updates.- Troubleshoot minor issues within the donor database system and escalate when necessary.- Proven experience with Tessitura or a similar donor database system.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with donors and team members.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.- Previous experience in donor relations or a related field.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.- Customer service experience, particularly in donor or fundraising contexts.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
