Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : Main responsibilities : - Start, support and manage all engineering projects. - Lead engineering teams and coordinate the various stakeholders. - Design precise strategies, taking into account deadlines, costs and resources required. - Monitor project progress through regular reports and identify risks. - Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. - Manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction and offer innovative technical solutions.Your professional skills : - Priority management and rigor - Demonstrate innovation - Good team player We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. Profile sought : - Degree in mechanical engineering, or any other relevant field - OIQ member, ING or CPI designation - 5 years' significant experience in engineering project management - Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software - Excellent time management, communication and proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Bilingualism (French and English) - Experience in metal processing or transportation is an asset. -Salary : $80k - $110k depending on experience Weekday position, permanent and face-to-face, full insurance and company RRSP.
