À propos du rôle
En tant qu'Ingénieur(e) support aux ventes techniques, vous jouerez un rôle pivot au sein de notre équipe . Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos ingénieurs technico-commerciaux sur le terrain afin d'assurer le dimensionnement des équipements, la sélection technique et l'élaboration de soumissions précises.
Ce poste constitue une excellente porte d'entrée au sein de l'entreprise, offrant une perspective d'évolution vers un rôle d'ingénieur sur le terrain (Field Sales Engineer).

Responsibilities
Vos responsabilités
Évaluer les besoins techniques des clients et fournir des conseils d'ingénierie adaptés.
Effectuer le dimensionnement et la sélection d'équipements (systèmes de vapeur, condensat, échangeurs de chaleur, vannes de contrôle, HVAC).
Préparer et réviser les soumissions techniques et commerciales.
Assurer un suivi rigoureux auprès des clients et offrir un soutien au service à la clientèle au besoin.
Collaborer au quotidien avec l'équipe de vente externe et assurer la liaison avec les services d'ingénierie interne.
Qualifications
Profil recherché
Formation : DEC ou Baccalauréat en génie mécanique (ou domaine connexe).
Expérience : 3 ans ou plus d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie (un atout majeur si en systèmes de vapeur et condensat, hydraulique ou HVAC).
Outils : Maîtrise de MS Excel ; connaissance de MS Dynamics 365 (un atout).
Aptitudes : Rigueur technique, excellentes compétences relationnelles, autonomie et sens du service client.
