PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Soutien à la maintenance: Soutenir les activités et les projets de maintenance.

  • Gestion de projets: Participer activement au processus de sélection des projets. Gérer et exécuter ses projets du début à la fin.

  • Amélioration des procédés de fabrication: Collaborer avec les autres départements pour améliorer les procédés et la productivité. Analyser les activités de travail, identifier les causes fondamentales des arrêts et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives appropriées.
  • Santé et sécurité / Qualité: Travailler en continu pour améliorer et promouvoir la sécurité et la qualité. Mener à terme des projets de santé et sécurité ainsi que de qualité.

  • Indicateurs de performance: Évaluer et quantifier les impacts des changements/projets. Maintenir les indicateurs de performance (KPI) liés au temps d’arrêt, à la productivité, à la qualité, etc. Analyser et interpréter les données afin de prioriser les projets. Vulgariser et communiquer les données à tous les membres de l’équipe et à la direction.

  • Compétences en automatisation (optionnelles mais considérées comme un atout majeur)

Exigence minimale d’expérience et de formation

  • Autonome, polyvalent, débrouillard.
  • Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de diagnostic.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et très bonnes habiletés interpersonnelles.
  • Organisé.
  • Bilingue (anglais et français).

• BACCALAURÉAT EN GÉNIE MÉCANIQUE / INDUSTRIEL / PRODUCTION AUTOMATISÉE (OU AUTRE DOMAINE PERTINENT EN INGÉNIERIE)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance Support: Support maintenance activities and projects
  • Project management: Actively participates in project selection process. Manage and execute his projects from beginning to end.
  • Improve manufacturing process: Cooperate with other departments to improve processes and productivity. Analyze work activities, identify root cause for downtime and execute appropriate corrective actions.
  • Safety/Quality: Work continuously to improve and promote safety and quality. Manage and carry out projects from start to finish.
  • Performance Indicators: Evaluate and quantify impacts of changes/projects. Maintain KPI on loss time, productivity, quality, etc. Analyze and interpret data to prioritize projects. Vulgarize and communicate data to all team members and management.
  • Automation skills (optional but major asset)

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automated Production ( or other pertinent Engineering)
  • Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & TRAINING REQUIREMENT

  • Autonomous, versatile, resourceful
  • Good analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Good communicator and great personal skills
  • Organized
  • Bilingual (English and French).
