Analyser les défaillances en production pour en connaître les causes profondes. Développer et modifier les logiciels des systèmes embarqués utilisés dans la production. Enquêter sur les retours de produits défectueux provenant de clients internes et externes. Rédiger et présenter des rapports montrant les causes profondes des défaillances. Soutenir la production électronique en ce qui concerne la programmation, les méthodes et l'analyse des processus de l'équipement d'essai électronique. Assurer la liaison avec l'ingénierie pour l'introduction de nouveaux produits ainsi que pour le soutien des anciens produits. Réparer les bancs d'essai selon les besoins. Diplôme d'études collégiales Deux (2) à trois (3) ans d'expérience Capacité à lire des schémas électriques Capacité à utiliser des instruments de mesure (multimètre, oscilloscope, etc.) pour identifier les défauts. Connaissance du soudage ainsi que des normes d'acceptabilité IPC A-610 Compétences organisationnelles Bonne capacité d'analyse Orienté vers les résultats à l'aise avec le travail d'équipe Capacité à travailler sous pression Connaissance de diverses technologies telles que l'analogique, le numérique, les microprocesseurs, etc... Le titulaire du poste doit collaborer avec des clients et / ou des fournisseurs à l’international.
