Job description

Groupe Robert is currently looking for a building mechanic technician for a work ________ for our _________ terminal.

Under the supervision of manager of the buildings, the candidate acts as a technologist in building maintenance. Specifically, he is responsible to provide internal and external customers effective technical solutions, innovative, safe, at an optimal cost.

Your responsibilities will be as follows :

  • Responsible for the preparation of plans and specifications for renovations or construction
  • Provide technical design service to the various services of this company
  • Monitor work realization
  • Order materials needed
  • Checking and preparing bills for payment
  • Manage staff

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have :

  • Construction Engineering Technology diploma (DEC)
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, renovation and construction of buildings
  • Experience in business environment
  • Political sense developed
  • Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
  • Experience in team management (an asset)
  • Strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Autonomy, initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in multi-site
  • Mobility between terminals
