The role we are offering you :
By joining our team as an electronics, avionics, or electromechanical technician, you'll have the opportunity to join a team that performs quality testing, troubleshooting and installation of our flight simulators.
You will specialize in flight controls and motion systems. The successful candidate will be called to work jointly with technicians and engineers.
Are you ready to :
Support the DTCFM technical specialists by performing various tasks related to the simulator's flight and motion control systems.
Measure, integrate and calibrate the hardware and software of the simulator's flight and motion control systems, including electromechanical adjustments.
Identify and rectify problems (hardware and software) in liaison with engineering or production.
Our ideal candidate has :
Good troubleshooting skills (hardware and software)
Good knowledge of electromechanics
Ability to take on tasks, work independently in a close-knit team
Good communication skills
Proactive and available personality with a spirit of innovation
Preferred Education
In the process of obtaining a college diploma in electronics, avionics, or electromechanical engineering.
Location of the internship is CAE Montreal.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal.
They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
